We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management on all human resources-related issues. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The successful candidate will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, act as an employee champion and change agent, and anticipate HR-related needs. The HR Business Partner formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The role includes managing complex employee relations issues, providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions), and working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. The HR Business Partner will also participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage HR projects as needed. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence and drive change. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.   • Act as a point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.

  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
